Animal Registration – Due each year by April 1st. Available as of January 1, 2023. Current Rabies Certificate needed. If your current rabies certificate is on file licensing can be done by mail by sending in fees. On-time registration fee is $9.00 per spayed/neutered dogs and $13.00 for unspayed/unneutered dogs. Late Fees are $17.00 per spayed/neutered dogs and $21.00 for unspayed/unneutered dogs.
Posting Registration – Form is available in the Town Office. The fee is $5.00.
Right-of-way Permit – Complete form and return to Town Office. The form requires the approval of the Select Board. Right Of Way Permit
Access Permit – Complete form and return with fee of $25.00 payable to Town of Orwell. Form requires visual approval of Road Foreman and the Select Board. Access Permit
